Once you purchased an Osight, the local service centers will honor your LIFETIME WARRANTY for your purchase. If your Osight product (including its structure, built-in battery, LED, or lens) ever experiences any issues, we promise to take care of it. If we are unable to repair your product, we will promptly replace it with a product in perfect working condition, which will be of equal or better physical condition.

How to Claim Your Lifetime Warranty:
Step 1: Submit Your Warranty Claim
● Click on the Lifetime Warranty Claim link: Warranty and Repair - Osight
● Select the retailer where you purchased the product.
● Fill out the form with:
● Contact information
● Product serial number
● Current shipping address
● Reason for replacement
● Brief description of the issue
● A photo of the defective product
● Enter the verification code and submit
Step 2: Claim Approval & Return Instructions
● After approval, we will send you the return instructions via email.
Step 3: Return the Product
● Ship the defective product back to us.
● For purchases made within 90 days, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
● For purchases made after 90 days, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 4: Product Verification & Replacement
● Once we receive the returned product and confirm the issue, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
● We will cover the shipping cost when sending the replacement product back to you, as well as any repair fees.

You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions:
● Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.
● Free or promotional items must be returned with the original item for a full refund.
How It Works:
1. Request a refund or replacement—we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
2. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement:
● Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
● Replacements: A new product will be shipped within 2 business days.
Third-Party Purchases:
● If you purchased from a third-party platform within 30 days, please contact the seller for returns.
● If you can't reach the seller, contact us for assistance.
